Wires are to be used not seen - Use the correct wiring then hide them - safely. Your office, house garden - wherever. That is what we do - we hide wires.

You need power at a certain place and for a specific reason. We have to consider several factors (current carrying capacity, voltage drop etc) and from there determine what cable to use & how to install plus how to connect your appliances to the wiring.

And once that is done then it's a case of running it in, securely fastening it, connecting everything up then testing it to ensure everything is OK & compliant with the regulations.
