Following a review of market developments and core competencies, Power and Communications will, in 2009, start focussing more on niche markets that fits well with the company profile. In 2009 Power and Communications will start developing competence in Local Power Generation plus solutions to help customers reduce their energy costs - specifically but not exclusively Hydrogen based.Building Management Systems will come into the portfolio, hopefully including next generation wireless technologies such as Femto cells, plus customised Telecom and Internet solutions specifically for SME and family run businesses. To make these things happen the company will forge new partnerships, create new relationships and proactively seek out enabling contracts.

2008 OCTOBER 20 - POWER AND COMMUNICATIONS LAUNCHES TELECOM BUSINESS

In partnership with Mainstream Digital and BT, Power and Communications launches its telecommunications business "Power and Communications Telecom" focussing exclusively on the needs of business customers.

This business brings to market BT's extensive portfolio of products and services enhanced by Mainstream Digital's superior customer care plus priority access to BT support and additional services from Power and Communications.

This partnership should benefit customers by bringing BT's excellent portfolio of quality products to market backed by better support and at lower cost.
